With deep expertise in financial services, private equity, and M&A, he has built and led global teams focused on client-first agenda. Ramesh holds an MBA from the University of Sydney and is based in Florida and New Jersey.

As COO of Myridius, Girish Pai leads global delivery, driving business impact, industry relevance, and technology-led transformation. With 25 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, and technology enablement, he brings a consultative approach to solving complex challenges and unlocking growth opportunities.

Harish Mundakode leads Myridius' Banking, Financial Services & Insurance division, overseeing its strategy, market growth, and operations globally. With over 23 years of experience at leading companies like Cognizant and Deutsche Bank, Harish has successfully spearheaded large-scale digital transformations across the financial industry. His expertise in strategic consulting, service delivery, and operational improvement has made him a trusted advisor to financial institutions. Harish is passionate about fostering innovation, enhancing client experiences, and developing high-performing teams that drive measurable business impact. He excels at blending technology with business acumen to solve complex problems, driving efficiency and innovation in the financial sector. Harish earned his MBA in International Business from Edith Cowan University, Australia.

Head of Core Industries at Myridius, leading strategy and execution across Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail/CPG, Technology, Healthcare/Life Sciences, and Education. He is responsible for shaping industry priorities, aligning go-to-market execution, and ensuring Myridius’ AI-first capabilities translate into measurable business outcomes for clients operating at scale.

In addition, Manan leads the firm’s Industry Partnerships and Offerings agenda, setting the strategy for ecosystem-led solution development across hyperscalers, enterprise partners and ISVs. His focus is on enabling joint solution innovation and go-to-market programs that accelerate time to value and strengthen Myridius’ industry relevance.

With more than 23 years of experience across strategy, operations, consulting, and ecosystem leadership, Manan brings a blend of industry depth and platform-led thinking. Prior to Myridius, he spent 18 years at Cognizant in senior leadership roles across strategy, operations, partnerships, and go-to-market for Banking and Financial Services, where he helped drive multi-billion-dollar growth through partner-led models and repeatable offerings.

He earned an MBA from IIM Indore and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT (BHU), Varanasi.

Al Manfredi is a senior leader focused on Strategic Accounts in the Travel & Hospitality industry at Myridius. With more than 28 years of experience across Travel, Hospitality, and Entertainment, Al partners with some of the industry’s most complex organizations to drive transformation, unlock growth, and deliver measurable business impact.
 
For nearly two decades, he has led one of Myridius’ most strategic global entertainment and destination client relationships, cultivating long-term executive partnerships and shaping innovative digital strategies that evolve with the business. His deep industry expertise, combined with a disciplined and outcome-driven approach, enables him to navigate enterprise-scale challenges while aligning technology investments to strategic priorities.

With more than 25 years of experience, Ashutosh is a seasoned transformation leader specializing in digital transformation, strategic planning, consulting, and technology modernization. He partners with financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and enterprise clients to align technology strategy with business outcomes, regulatory requirements, and long-term growth objectives.

Throughout his career, Ashutosh has held leadership roles at organizations including VMware, TCS, Cognizant, and EPAM, where he led large-scale transformation programs across the United States, Europe, and India. His expertise spans digital onboarding, workflow automation, AI-enabled analytics, delivery governance, and enterprise platform modernization.
