Ramesh holds an MBA from the University of Sydney and is based in Florida and New Jersey.

Gerard oversees all aspects of the Company’s financial and accounting functions. In addition, Gerard leads the Company’s contracting/pricing function, legal/compliance function, and the risk management function. Gerard also oversees the Delivery Excellence group, which provides review and oversight of client proposals and client project delivery, ensuring adherence to the Company’s methodologies. Previously, Gerard held several leadership positions at Reliance Group Holdings and Ernst & Young. Gerard received his MBA in Finance from Pace University, holds a BS in Accounting from Boston College, and is a licensed CPA.

Aziz serves as Chairman of Myridius and served as Board member of previous Frontenac portfolio company, Excellarate. Aziz has over 30 years of experience growing technology and consulting services companies. He is the former CEO of CLEAResult, a private equity-backed provider of energy efficiency programs and services in North America. Aziz previously served as President of North America for Avanade, a global professional services company specializing in IT consulting for the Microsoft platform. Prior to that, he was a senior partner at Accenture, where he held several senior management positions globally, providing strategy, consulting, digital transformation, and operations services to Fortune 500 clients. Since 2019, Aziz has been working with private equity firms as an executive advisor, supporting investments in IT services businesses. He also personally invests and serves on the Board of Directors of these companies.

Patti has over 20 years of experience leading and advising companies, primarily within the insurance vertical. She most recently served as Chief Product Officer at Duck Creek Technologies, a provider of core system solutions to the P&C and general insurance industry. Patti played a key role in Duck Creek’s carveout from Accenture and its acquisition by Apax Partners in 2016. Before that, she was Managing Director at Accenture, advising P&C insurers globally on technology and business transformation. Patti started her career working in underwriting and claims for insurance companies in both personal and commercial lines.

Rob joined RCG Global Services (now Myridius) as CEO in 1999. Under his leadership, the company expanded its Data & Analytics consulting services and drove growth in outsourced Product Engineering development and support, leveraging its subsidiaries in the Philippines and India. Rob led the management buyout of Myridius in 2013 in partnership with Eos Partners, a private equity firm in New York. He later guided a company recapitalization in 2021 with Frontenac, a leading private equity firm in Chicago. In 2023, Rob stepped down as CEO but remains on the Board of Directors. Rob has over 40 years of experience in the technology industry, helping large organizations solve critical business challenges. Before Myridius, he spent 21 years at Unisys Corp., where he served as Vice President & General Manager for North America, leading the technology professional services division. Rob completed the executive development program at the Wharton Business School and holds an MBA and BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.

Mike is a Managing Partner at Frontenac, focusing on investments in the services sector. He is a director of Myridius, DSN, CertainPath and Education Elements. His prior investments and directorships include TPC, Motion Solutions, Integris and other services assets. Mike first joined Frontenac as an Associate in 2001 before rejoining in 2009 after serving as a Senior Associate at Genstar Capital. He began his career as an analyst at DLJ Merchant Banking. A Michigan native, Mike graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
