The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join our Delivery & Program Leadership department. In this role, you will play a key part in our success by bringing your expertise to Manila, Philippines. You will work with a talented team of professionals to deliver high-quality results.
What you'll do
- Execute core functions within the Delivery & Program Leadership department.
- Collaborate with team members on strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects
What you'll bring
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Delivery & Program Leadership principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant degree or professional certification.
AI Fluency Expected

Good to Have
Demonstrated deeper engagement with AI through relevant certifications, formal training, hands-on projects, process automation, prompt design, AI-assisted delivery practices, or practical experience applying AI tools in a professional setting. Exposure to role-relevant AI use cases, platforms, and governance/security considerations will be an added advantage.
