The Opportunity
The Senior Specialist - Network & Communications will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our global network infrastructure. This role involves managing complex network architectures, ensuring high availability, and integrating cutting-edge communication technologies to support our expanding business operations.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade LAN/WAN architectures.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex connectivity issues.
- Implement robust security protocols and firewall configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice and data communication systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network topologies and configurations.
What you'll bring
- Proven expertise in network engineering and communications.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise networking hardware.
- Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and SD-WAN technologies.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
AI Fluency Expected

Demonstrated deeper engagement with AI through relevant certifications, formal training, hands-on projects, process automation, prompt design, AI-assisted delivery practices, or practical experience applying AI tools in a professional setting. Exposure to role-relevant AI use cases, platforms, and governance/security considerations will be an added advantage.
