Myridius Solution Approach
Edge Delivery and Simplified Applications
Myridius approached the engagement as an enterprise transformation rather than a content management system swap. The work began with mapping how the organization's content and application motions actually flowed across teams, where time was being lost, and where friction was building up for end users. From that operating picture, Myridius orchestrated a coordinated migration to Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service with Edge Delivery Services, layered in document-based authoring to bring program teams directly into the publishing path, and redesigned the application workflow against the journeys of the people actually using it.
- Orchestrated the foundation: Migrated the digital estate to Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service with Edge Delivery Services, using clean markup, modern HTML and CSS, and a GitHub-anchored development workflow. The result is a performance-first architecture where pages render at the edge, achieving the high Lighthouse scores Adobe positions as a core benefit of the platform, and where infrastructure operates as a strategic capability rather than a cost center.
- Embedded intelligence and performance into the workflow: Introduced document-based authoring so communications, program, and impact teams could write, edit, and publish directly from Microsoft Word and Google Docs through the AEM Sidekick plugin. Performance telemetry and Real User Monitoring were embedded into the operating model so the team could see, in near real time, how content was performing for the people it was meant to reach.
- Reimagined the operating model: Redesigned the program application workflow against the lived experience of youth applicants and educators, removing legacy complexity and aligning the simplified architecture with the new edge-delivered foundation. The outcome is a digital operating model where content velocity, application clarity, and platform performance reinforce one another rather than compete for engineering attention.
Governance and Trust Layer
Trust Built Into Publishing
Because the organization serves youth, educators, and donors, governance was treated as a first-class design input rather than a downstream review. Document-based authoring permissions were structured to control who could create, review, and publish content, with version history and change visibility preserved through the underlying Microsoft and Google Workspace permission models that document-based authoring leverages by design. Content publishing was anchored to a GitHub-based code workflow, giving the organization a verifiable record of what changed, when, and by whom.
Adobe Operational Telemetry and Real User Monitoring were configured to observe site performance for actual visitors, providing an evidence-based signal that the experience promised to donors, applicants, and educators was the experience actually delivered. Application workflow simplification was paired with accessibility-focused markup so the path into programs respected participants and educators using assistive technology, lower-bandwidth connections, and a wide range of devices. Editorial governance was rebuilt around a clear separation between content authors, reviewers, and publishers.
